REFUND POLICY

    It is important that there is a mutual understanding between parents and All American Youth Sports regarding the no refund policy.

 

    In order to run this league All American Youth Sports has to prepay for insurance, field usage, refurbishment of the jerseys, and other required administrative costs.

 

    We prepay for most things prior to the season starting and cannot recoup them in the event your child decides he/she doesn't want to play. It is for that reason All American Youth Sports has a NO REFUND policy.

All fees paid to All American Youth Sports are non-refundable except the following:

Only medical refunds will be granted when there is less than 4 weeks remaining for registration.

    In the event that the child was medically unable to participate in the sport he/she had registered for, a note from a doctor, on letterhead indicating that the participant cannot participate is required.

We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

*All American Youth Sports reserves the right to waive this Refund Policy at its sole discretion at any time.

 

All request must be presented in writing to the League Director and Owner.

 

    Such waiver shall generally be in response to extenuating or highly unusual circumstances, and in no event shall the Executive Board be obligated to waive this Refund Policy.
